About me
Let's chat about Internet governance and policy, especially from a Caribbean perspective! I'm into ethics and technology—particularly how we integrate AI responsibly. Right now, I lead ethics education programs at Puerto Rico's Office of Government Ethics. I also teach Ethics of Emerging Technologies and Ethical and Legal Aspects of Criminal Justice at the University. I love talking about capacity building and making Internet governance more accessible in our region.
My academic and professional background is kind of all over the place—law, public administration, and even Literature—which means I enjoy connecting dots between policy, digital rights, community needs, and the cultural side of tech. Happy to discuss ethical frameworks, public policy, and digital infrastructure in Latin America and the Caribbean, or just swap stories about the intersectionalities of these topics.
