Session Details The session will host a panel discussion with community members to share their personal ICANN journeys and how those experiences helped shape their professional trajectory while contributing to the ICANN community’s important policy work. Speakers will reflect on how they first engaged with ICANN, the challenges they faced navigating a global, multistakeholder environment and the skills and networks they developed along the way. Panelists will also provide practical advice to those who are looking to deepen their participation and take on increased roles. The goal of the session is to provide insight and demystify pathways for new participants. Next the session will provide an update from the North America Stakeholder Engagement Team on FY26 activities and look ahead to FY27. As FY26 draws to a close, we will look back at the regional engagement plan and how our activities for the year helped achieve the objectives set out in the engagement plan and what we expect to achieve in the next fiscal year. We hope to see you there.
